Do you ship internationally?
No, not at the moment. But definitely in the future.
Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?
Yes. We ship nationwide! We use Fastway us our trusted courier and it’s only R60 for nationwide shipping. Please note: Grey Zone areas take 4-7 days.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
It usually takes 1-4 days.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Our number one priority here at FAB by bee is that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason you are not we will be able to exchange your purchase for something else only if the following conditions have been met: Purchases will only be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of goods. The purchase must be in its original packaging and cannot be used or damaged. It needs to be in its original condition. If these conditions are not met then we unfortunately won’t be able to exchange your purchase. Please contact email@example.com and please note that the customer will be liable for courier fees to and from FAB by bee. Standard shipping costs will apply for the re-delivery of your order. No refunds.
For the jewelry, any care and maintenance
Always remove your sterling silver jewelry before swimming and bathing. To clean your jewelry and keep it looking beautiful, you can use a polishing cloth specifically designed to remove sterling silver tarnish. You can also use mild dish soap and a soft tooth brush, making sure you rinse thoroughly. Do not pull your necklaces as they are dainty pieces, handle with care.
Our created opal pieces are unique and different. No two opal necklaces will be identical, each one possesses its own unique “DNA”. Each opal has its own fire and colour pattern.
